Amazing pastries are baked daily in-house. They have a wide variety from pain au chocolats to cinnamon buns. The BEST by far is the cardamom bun.

This is extremely hard to find and may sound unusual to some, but it is an incredible combination of flavours. The coffee is also good. They also serve lunch from 12 and turn into a pizza restaurant from 6.

My only criticism is for such a rustic seeming place they don’t have any vegan pastry options. This was surprising as Iceland is quite progressive when it comes to accommodating vegans and a tiny bakery in Akureyri had almost half of its option as vegan.
